ESSEX COUNTY, MA – Two were sent to the hospital, and one person died after a chain-reaction collision on I-95 in the Danvers-Boxford area Friday.  According to NBC Boston, it was said that a van had rolled over on its roof, which led to two people being thrown from the vehicle. The two victims were taken to a hospital (one transported by ground and another flown by helicopter) for treatment. Their conditions are unknown.  The occupants of the first vehicle crashed into the woods and fled the scene. Police detained one person and are currently searching for the other occupant. …

News: Boston Police officer hospitalized after crash with sedan

DORCHESTER, MA – A collision between a Boston police cruiser and a sedan on Seaver Street sent a police officer to the hospital Thursday.  WCVB said this wreck occurred after 4:30 p.m. near Elm Hill Avenue. The force of the crash left both vehicles with front-end damage. Airbags in the front and back of the sedan were initiated following the collision, and the police cruiser ultimately came to rest on the northbound side of Seaver Street, facing south.  It is unclear if the sedan driver was injured, but the officer sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to an area hospital…

NEWTON, MA – At least one person was injured in a crash on eastbound I-90, which led to a left lane closure Wednesday.  WBZ Traffic first reported this collision at noon and cleared shortly later. News: 3 hurt after driver crashes into Groveland retirement home

GROVELAND, MA – Three people were injured when an 83-year-old man crashed his Lexus RX 350 into Nichols Village, a retirement home, Monday.  According to NBC Boston, this collision happened before 10:45 a.m. The 83-year-old man and his passenger – an 84-year-old woman – were hospitalized for their injuries. RANDOLPH, MA – Officials have revealed that an 18-year-old male had suffered fatal injuries following a collision with a tree that happened around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.  NBC Boston said that it was the 18-year-old – Makhi Boston – who died.
