Elective surgery becomes a case of medical malpractice

The decision to have cosmetic surgery is often a very personal one. For some reason, the individual is not satisfied with how a particular part of his or her body looks and decides that elective cosmetic surgery is the answer. The Massachusetts residents will generally research the doctor and the procedure to determine the best choice for both. As the day for the procedure approaches, the individual is usually excited and a little apprehensive; however, the idea that the procedure will turn into a case of medical malpractice is generally not considered.

Workplace accident has deadly consequences

Work is a fact of life for many Massachusetts residents. Every day, they get up, get dressed and head out the door. Some work in office buildings, and others work on construction sites. Regardless of the location, each individual goes to work under the assumption that after a certain period of time, he or she will return home. Unfortunately, sometimes a workplace accident occurs and this assumption does not become reality.

Slip and fall accident can cause serious injury

Sidewalks and steps can often be quite useful. They allow the individual to walk along the street in Massachusetts without having to watch for traffic or walk up to a building that is raised above the ground. When using sidewalks and steps, one typically gives very little thought to safety concerns because it is generally assumed that he or she is safe. However, many sidewalks and stairways can quickly become breeding grounds for a serious slip and fall accident.
