Woman Faces Charges in Fatal Hit-and-Run Crash in Methuen
A 26-year-old woman is facing multiple serious charges following a tragic hit-and-run crash on I-495 in Methuen that claimed the lives of two men on Saturday morning. The Essex County District Attorney’s Office announced that Katrina Nguyen is charged with two counts of motor vehicle homicide by reckless operation, leaving the scene of a crash resulting in death, personal injury, and property damage, along with operating a motor vehicle after her license had been suspended.
