The accident occurred on the early morning of May 4 at around 12 a.m. and involved two motor vehicles. The cars both had damage to their front ends, but it is not known who caused the accident. Emergency personnel arrived at the scene of the accident and found that one of the victims, a 58-year-old woman, was deceased.
The other two individuals, a 22-year-old and a 21-year-old, were not injured in the accident and refused medical attention. No other individuals were involved in the accident. The collision is still under investigation by Massachusetts police, and the cause is unknown at this time.
Once the investigation of the fatal car accident has been completed, the family of the deceased victim may have the right to seek monetary compensation for the tragic loss of life they have experienced. Compensation could be used by the family to pay for any of the victim's final expenses and supplement the income of the victim if necessary. Hopefully the family of the victim will be able to eventually come to terms with their loss and slowly return to their normal routines.
