WESTWOOD, MA – A woman’s life was claimed after she was struck by a car on University Avenue Thursday.
According to NBC Boston, officials believe the woman was walking near the I-95 South ramp when she was hit.
First responders were first dispatched before 10 a.m. Medics came to the woman’s aid and then transported her to a hospital, where she later died.
The driver remained at the scene and will not be facing charges.
