Susan S. Miller graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1987. She first started working as an attorney with Dane M. Shulman in 2002. In 2005, she left to pursue a job as a defense attorney. After many years of practicing on the defense side, she returned to the Plaintiff’s side in 2014. Ms. Miller has extensive trial experience as both a defense and plaintiff’s attorney, which gives her a prime advantage when representing her current clients. Ms. Miller has successfully tried cases in both the Massachusetts District and Superior Courts. She has also successfully represented clients before Administrative Law Judges at the Social Security Administration. She also enjoys resolving cases through alternative dispute resolution.

While a defense attorney, she volunteered in the Bristol County District Courts assisting the Clerks with Pre trial conference matters.

Ms. Miller is currently a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. She is also admitted in the US District Court and Appeals Court in Massachusetts..
