BILLERICA, MA – All the southbound lanes on Route 3 have been cleared following a vehicle fire reported before 7:30 a.m. Thursday near Exit 76, Concord Road.  WBZ Traffic said initially, two lanes were blocked, and all south lanes reopened an hour later. BILLERICA, MA – One person and a tanker truck driver were injured when the tanker truck rolled over on Route 3 and spilled thousands of gallons of fuel Wednesday.  Massachusetts State Police and local firefighters told Western Massachusetts News that they shut down all lanes and anticipate the closures lasting for several hours as crews work diligently to contain the spill.   An investigation has begun.
