FRAMINGHAM, MA – A collision on the eastbound lanes of the Massachusetts Turnpike cleared, opening all lanes before 7:30 a.m. Monday.  WBZ Traffic initially said the crash happened around 6:30 a.m. and blocked one left lane. FRAMINGHAM, MA – A pedestrian’s life was claimed after he was struck by a tractor-trailer on the eastbound lanes of the Massachusetts Turnpike Tuesday.  CBS News said this fatal collision happened between the Route 9 on and off-ramps.  It is unclear who had the right of way, why the victim walked on the Turnpike, and what contributed to the crash. In addition, the victim’s name was unreleased.  Details are preliminary.
