LEXINGTON, MA – Three lanes at the I-95 and northbound Route 128 were blocked due to a crash with injuries that happened before 7:45 a.m. Wednesday.  The interstate was reduced to one lane. However, the collision cleared completely before 8:30 a.m., as indicated in a tweet from WBZ Traffic.
