News: Man, 28, killed in I-95 hit-and-run crash in Needham
NEEDHAM, MA – A pedestrian was left dead after a hit-and-run crash on I-95 Friday. First responders were called to the collision before 1:30 a.m., NBC Boston reported. The driver who hit Justin P. Kelley, 28, of Canton, did not remain at the scene and did not render aid. Police initially got a call that Kelley was walking in the area and tried to locate him.
