Man, 20, killed in pickup truck, scooter crash in Salem
SALEM, MA – A 20-year-old man was killed after he crashed his pickup truck into a guardrail and then hit a scooter rider on Highland Avenue on Thursday, June 8th.
According to Boston 25 News, this collision happened after 11 p.m. The impact caused the driver – Daniel Elias Lopez Temaj of Salem – to be thrown from his truck and come to rest on the road. The force of this crash also prompted the truck to overturn.
First responders rushed to the scene and conducted CPR on Lopez Temaji. However, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
