News: 2 hospitalized after left-turn crash in Brockton
BROCKTON, MA – Two SUV passengers were sent to the hospital after they were struck by a driver of a Honda sedan making a left turn on Main Street after 11 a.m. Monday.
WHDH said the SUV was traveling north, and the impact caused it to drift off the road, strike a parked car, hit a fence, and overturn and land on its roof before coming to rest in front of a Union Automotive located at 588 Main Street. Video footage also showed that they became trapped.
The two SUV occupants were extricated and sent to Good Samaritan Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.
It is unclear if the Honda driver was hurt. However, Police did cite the motorist for failing to stop at a stop sign and driving with a valid driver’s license.
