News: Impaired driver crashes into pole in Tewksbury
TEWKSBURY, MA – A 24-year-old man was impaired and then arrested after he crashed his red pickup truck into a utility pole on North Street around 1 a.m. Friday.
NBC Boston said that the impact caused the pole to break and lean over a northbound lane. The driver – Joshua Christian – was not harmed and arrested and charged with “operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.”
Christian will be arraigned today at the Lowell District Court.
