News: Man, 60, killed after driver crashes into Boston home

BOSTON, MA – One was hospitalized, and another person’s life was claimed in a crash Sunday, WCVB reported. 

The collision occurred around 5 p.m. on the 3960 block of Washington St. According to an eyewitness, a driver of a silver Honda sedan sideswiped a parked minivan before it crashed into a home in the Roslindale neighborhood. 

The Honda driver collided with the porch of the triple-decker home and managed to hit the owner of the house, 60-year-old Egidio D’Antuony, who was sitting on the front porch. 

D’Antuony succumbed to fatal injuries.

In addition, a pedestrian, an unidentified 60-year-old man, was struck. He was taken to a hospital for unspecified injuries.
