Hit-and-run driver seriously injures Boston pedestrian

Halloween in recent years has become an excuse for adults to dress up in costumes and hit the town. Zombie pub crawls are also popular events. This past Halloween the owner of an Allston tattoo shop was struck by an SUV and suffered serious injuries. The SUV driver did not stop. When a motorist strikes a pedestrian in a crosswalk, it is highly probably that the motorist could be found negligent and liable for the personal injuries suffered by the pedestrian. The injured person is within their rights to sue for compensation for their injuries, potentially including pain and suffering.…
