Westminster car crash seriously injures daughter, kills mother
At about 4:00 in the afternoon on a school day, a mother and her 9-year-old daughter may be running errands. Perhaps the mother takes the daughter to dance class or soccer practice. Or maybe they run to the grocery store after school to get one last ingredient for dinner. The reasons a woman and her 9-year-old daughter were on the quiet two-lane road were unreported.
