Explosion leads to serious workplace injury for one man

The explosion caused severe injuries to the worker. He suffered second degree burns on his hands and feet as well as lacerations to his face. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment. It is unknown whether any other employees were in the area at the time, though no other injuries were reported. The cause of the explosion is still under investigation by the state fire marshal.
