News: Pickup truck driver fatally hits pedestrian in Fall River
FALL RIVER, MA – A woman walking on Route 24 North lost her life after she was struck by a 44-year-old man operating a Ford F-250 pickup truck Friday.
The collision was reported around 5:15 a.m., NBC Boston revealed. Massachusetts Department of Transportation issued closures for all of the northbound lanes and reopened all before 9 a.m.
Officials have not yet indicated who had the right of way and have not released the name of the woman and driver involved.
