Pedestrian accident victims at Logan Airport

A recent Massachusetts accident happened at a taxi stand. The pedestrian accident occurred right outside of Logan Airport. Reportedly, two of the victims remain in critical condition. In total, 10 were injured.

A taxi driver apparently lost control of his vehicle. At first, the crash was thought to have been a terroristic attack, though authorities later concluded that the crash was an accident. In fact, the driver had yelled to passers-by that he was unable to stop his vehicle just prior to the crash.

The cab driver now faces criminal charges and his cabbie’s license has been revoked indefinitely. This will mean that he will have to find a new type of employment, an issue of great concern for his friends and family. In the meantime, he will have to answer the criminal charges of operating to endanger.

Most victims of a pedestrian accident suffer serious injuries that cause them to miss work (and lose out on income) while they struggle to recover. Sadly, some do not survive their injuries. When the gathered evidence suggests the injuries and/or fatalities were caused by someone’s negligence, a personal injury or wrongful death claim may be appropriate.
