Rush hour accident kills 1, injures 5 on I-95 in Massachusetts

In a head-on car accident, a 59-year-old Rhode Island woman driving a 2000 Toyota Camry was killed when a 53-year-old Foxboro man in a 2013 Range Rover crossed the grassy median from the northbound side and hit her head-on. The Range Rover then struck a Ford Edge. The driver of the Range Rover and his passenger, a young boy, were taken to Norwood Hospital for treatment of minor injuries, and the driver of the Camry was pronounced dead at the scene.
