To help cope with weather conditions, snowplows are taking to the roadways and parking lots in an attempt to keep them clear. Unfortunately, those who operate these vehicles may assume that there are no pedestrians out in the weather, which is often not the case. For example, one woman in Massachusetts is believed to have been killed by a snowplow. As a result, her family could file a wrongful death lawsuit. The incident happened in early February.
