Life is often unpredictable. As a result, many people are caught off-guard by the loss of a loved one. For example, the families of two deceased men in Massachusetts are likely still coming to terms with the news of a fatal car accident that took the men’s lives and sent another young man to the hospital. Police are still investigating the accident.

The incident occurred in the early morning hours one day in June. Police claim that the three men were in a convertible vehicle at the time of the accident. The car allegedly struck a parked vehicle before rolling.

All three occupants of the vehicle were ejected as a result of the accident. Two men, a 21 year old and a 27 year old, died as a result of the injuries they suffered. Another 21-year-old male was treated at the hospital. While the extent of his injuries is unclear, he was released approximately two days after the incident. It is also unclear which person was driving the vehicle, but police believe that speed contributed to the accident.

While Massachusetts police work to sort out the details of the events leading to the fatal car accident, the family members of the two deceased men as well as the injured victim are likely left wondering how they will pick up the pieces of their lives. Once more information about the accident is discovered, a lawsuit filed in a civil court may be a possibility. If there is sufficient evidence to prove claims of negligence, damages could be awarded to help defendants with the financial ramifications of the tragic incident.
