News: Pickup truck driver crashes into Christmas Motors in Maynard

MAYNARD, MA – A Ford F-150 driver, an employee of Christmas Motors, had unintentionally pressed on the gas pedal, leading them to crash into the business Wednesday.  The owner of the establishment told WHDH that the employee was taking the truck in for inspection when, for reasons unclear, their foot slipped, leading them to then ram into the building. News: Van driver rams into Foxborough YMCA, injuring 4 kids

FOXBOROUGH, MA – A van driver crashed into a YMCA located at 67 Mechanic Street, striking four children and leading them to sustain injuries Tuesday.  This collision occurred around 4:30 p.m. Boston 25 News said first responders transported the four children (whose ages and genders were undisclosed) to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.  The van driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with police.  An investigation was started. BILLERICA, MA – All the southbound lanes on Route 3 have been cleared following a vehicle fire reported before 7:30 a.m. Thursday near Exit 76, Concord Road.  WBZ Traffic said initially, two lanes were blocked, and all south lanes reopened an hour later. BOSTON, MA – A 21-year-old man riding an electric bicycle lost his life when he was hit by a driver of a garbage truck in the Allston area Tuesday.  This collision happened around 10 a.m. on Cambridge Street near Union Square, according to WCVB. The cyclist — Samuel Albarado, a man from Honduras — was on his way to meet his uncle for donuts when he was struck by the Mack dump truck “operated by Republic Services.”  Albarado succumbed to fatal wounds at the scene. News: Hit-and-run driver fatally strikes man in Charlestown

BOSTON, MA – A man crossing the Alford Street and Dexter Street junction lost his life after he was hit by a driver who then fled the scene Monday.  This collision occurred after 3 a.m. along Mystic River in the Charlestown neighborhood, according to NBC Boston.
