MIDDLETON, MA – An 18-year-old male lost his life, and three other people were hospitalized when their pickup truck crashed and landed on its roof Thursday.  The collision was reported around 10 p.m. on North Liberty Street. NBC Boston said when the pickup truck overturned, it trapped the 18-year-old and a 17-year-old boy, while the two other occupants — a 17-year-old girl and an 18-year-old woman — were able to escape.  The 17-year-old and 18-year-old females and the 17-year-old boy were sent to area hospitals. MIDDLETON, MA – A 15-year-old girl died several days after she was struck by a car on Meadowlark Farm Lane on Monday, April 10th.  The teenage girl was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital with life-threatening injuries and passed away on Sunday, April 16th, NBC Boston indicated.  The driver was unharmed, and no pending charges were reported.
