On behalf of posted in brain injury on Thursday December 5, 2013

The head is arguably one of the most important parts of the human body. In the event of an accident involving pedestrians, with a vehicle fully armored and the pavement unwilling to give, this can make a head injury all the more terrifying. As one Massachusetts pedestrian found out, head injuries can change everything in the blink of an eye. A 22-year-old woman was crossing the street when it happened. A police car was en route to a severe car accident and was travelling with lights flashing and siren on. Before she had a chance to finish crossing to the other side,…

On behalf of posted in Pedestrian Accidents on Wednesday December 4, 2013

The injuries that often follow these situations can be very severe, and can be worse than that of a car accident. A pedestrian accident occurred in Massachusetts recently that injured one man. Emergency personnel worked diligently to extricate a Massachusetts construction worker who was unable to free himself from a trench in which he had been working. The workplace accident happened at an area housing project that is currently being built. Officials are still investigating what caused the trench to cave in and where the man was located when it happened. Massachusetts fatal car accident could put man in prison

On behalf of posted in Fatal Motor Vehicle Accidents on Sunday November 17, 2013

The family of someone who is involved in a fatal car accident can often be emotionally injured after their loved one is gone. Fortunately, the person who caused the accident is sometimes remorseful for their actions, and sometimes even takes their punishment gracefully. This can often allow the family to cope easier, knowing that the person who took the life of their family member feels shame for what they did. In Massachusetts, a man recently pleaded guilty for causing a fatal car accident. The accident occurred in April when the man collided with a car head-on while traveling 80 mph. The other…
